Progress Report

Finally I am almost ready to begin. To start with I shall be running a private midwives clinic and just charging medicare as full fee.  The location is yet to be decided but will be in the Bankstown area. My clinic will be run similar to the GP Shared Care program. I will require a referral from your family doctor to meet the government requirements  for you to access medicare. I am endeavouring to begin home visits later in the year. These of course will be charged at ahigher rate and with some of the fee claimable on medicare.
